Erica Tomlinson is a certified Pastry Chef, Cake Designer Wedding and Event Planner. She was born in Milton, Ontario and traveled for extended schooling and education. Erica continues to educate herself to help teach others. She is no stranger to the different cultures of the Pastry world. Erica has won many awards in both the culinary and Organ Donation worlds. On November 20, 2013 Erica donated 70% of her liver to her next door neighbor. She now spends her time advocating for Organ Donation Awareness and a better world for all. Erica then moved to the beautiful city of Sault Ste. Marie to be with her husband, as she continues to take on the world with to encouragement of her husband she focuses on giving youth hope and encouragement throughout her journey.
Timothy Murphy is an internationally acclaimed entertainer who has worked professionally for the past 3 decades as an actor, singer, comedian, ventriloquist, celebrity impersonator, choreographer and director. He was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, studied theatre at York University and was a full scholarship recipient of the Musical Theatre Program at the prestigious Banff School of Fine Arts. Timothy was an award winner in the du Maurier Search for Stars National Talent Competition and has appeared on stage across Canada and the United States as well as in Mexico, St. Maarten, and Puerto Rico. In 2012, Mr. Murphy was the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee medal in recognition of his cultural contributions to the City of Sault Ste. Marie.

Jeannette is a graduate of the graphic design program at Sault College and spent the first few years of her professional life working at local businesses and institutions as a Graphic Designer. Jeannette found her passion and spent her first three years in business teaching herself new cake decorating skills. Working from a small table in her home’s kitchen, she continued to grow as a cake artist. A $25,000 NOHFC Young Entrepreneur Grant allowed her to build a full bakery in the basement of her home where Jeannette’s Custom Cakes creates beautiful edible art today. In 2011 Jeannette was approached by a production company representing the Slice Network to appear on the premier season of Cake Walk, an 8 hour wedding cake competition reality show. In 2012 Jeannette was the successful recipient of the first Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, an honour she cherishes most of all of her accomplishments. Jeannette has also travelled around Canada and the USA to learn from some of the top professionals in her field. She fails to sit back on her successes, but rather continues to develop her craft and grow her business. With strong support from the community, Jeannette’s Custom Cakes continues to grow with a buzz about town.

Angela Caputo has 14 years experience in the restaurant industry. She has done everything from serving, to managing, to cooking and all jobs in between. Now the owner of The Breakfast Pig, she has become known around town for the wonderful egg creations, but also the sweet treats presented at The Pig!

Jean Lemay - When most were starting to walk, I was starting to cook. I am a graduate of the Chef Training/Culinary Skills program, with 17 years kitchen experience in various positions always leading back to pizza. In 2015 I opened Northern Twisted Pizza inside the Mill Market with the focus on fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. From young to old, from Sweet to Savory pizza there’s nothing more rewarding than watch a person's face light up when they see it.
